CA Shiv Shankar Khudania holds a first-class honours degree in Commerce from Delhi University (B.Com
Hons., 2003–2006). He qualified the Company Secretary Examinations in 2008 and the Chartered
Accountancy Examinations in 2009, becoming a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India (FCA) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).
He has cleared the NISM examinations in Currency Derivatives and Depository Operations, as well as
the examinations conducted by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI)
for insurance advisors. He appeared for the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public
Service Commission (UPSC) in 2011.
He has completed the Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence (AICA – Level 1) from the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is currently enrolled in the DISA course of
ICAI as well as Actuarial Science. He also holds a Training Certificate from Bharat Scouts and

CAREER HISTORY
CA Khudania commenced his professional career as an Article Assistant with M/s G. K. Kedia & Co.,
where he trained from 2007 to 2010. Upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he was elevated to
Partner at the same firm in 2010–2011.
He founded his own practice, M/s S. S. Khudania & Co., Chartered Accountants, on 9th February
2011. He is one of the co-founders of M/s ASN & Company and has been serving as a full-time
Partner since 2011.
Notably, CA Khudania also received a joining letter from Coal India Limited through the ICAI Campus
Placement Programme, underscoring the strength of his academic and professional credentials at the
time of qualification.

CA Agarwal began his articleship training with M/s G. K. Kedia & Co. from April 2005 to August
